1.You need to wait for petrol pump vacancy which is generally out in every 5-6 years as per the directives of Petroleum Ministry.
2. Having your land is not enough. Your land must come under advertised stretch .So , if you believe that your land is on a strategic location ,you must notify that to the office of concerned Oil Marketing Company. Your land will be evaluated by appointed officer and decision will be taken accordingly.
3.Even if your land is in advertised stretch, this doesn't grantee that petrol pump will be yours.
4.Generally a stretch of lands (1-2 KM) is advertised and and anyone having plot of land there can also apply.
5.After all the applications are received ,Online draw of lot decides who will advance further.
