1. Sir ,I am 5th sem student preparing for gate 2019. I am starting from zero. how should I approach to secure to get 85+ marks . what are are things that I should do to get the target of these 80-85 marks?
   Hey, Sorry for the delay , your approach should be :-
   1. Pickup one subject from SOM,FM,PT,TD,HT,TOM that you find easiest.
   2. Complete that subject and solve previous years of that subject only 
   3. Analyse the difficulty level of gate questions and prepare other subjects accordingly
   4. You have a lot of time ,Check out the subjects that are common in your Degree and GATE and Prepare them at GATE level( I mean - dont leave any chapter due to choices available at College level)
   5. Don't get distracted from your GOAL, your aim should be to attempt maximum questions rather than getting 85+ marks as it would breed unwanted worries and tension.
   6 MOST IMPORTANT- Take out some time to enjoy with your friends too otherwise you wont be able to concentrate.
